NORQAIN’s Wild ONE of 1 Set to Make its Debut at W&W with an Incredible Customisation Suite

Today, NORQAIN announced a groundbreaking milestone: the world premiere of the Wild ONE of 1, just before the Watches and Wonders 2024 gala. This concept marks the first time a Swiss watch company has granted customers total control over every aspect of their watches; a staggering 3.5 million fully customised versions are available. In other words, each Wild ONE of 1, featuring 18-carat red or white gold, provides buyers with a unique, personalised experience with a suite of customisation options. Customers will have exclusive access to a cutting-edge 3D configurator tool, developed in collaboration with the renowned Swiss agency UDIMU, enabling them to tailor their watches to perfection. This experience unfolds in 11 intuitive steps.

Beginning with the choice between opulent 18-carat red and white gold top plates, forming the upper part of the case, customers proceed to select from a range of chronometer-certified automatic movements. These options include NORQAIN's prestigious Kenissi Manufacture automatic movement or two skeletonised Sellita automatic movements, available with ruthenium or black ruthenium finishes.

The distinctive rubber shock absorber, safeguarding the movement within a titanium container, presents a palette of 12 colours, ranging from sophisticated hues like black, sand, and khaki to bold shades such as coral red, turquoise, and gecko green.

Delving deeper into customisation, customers can choose from six skeletonised and 12 solid dial designs, accompanied by seven unique sets of hands, tailored to match their chosen movement. Complementing the exterior, there are four back plate options, crafted from high-performance, colourized NORTEQ® material, ensuring durability and style.

The signature NORQAIN plate, adorning the watch's left flank, is available in 18-carat gold, white gold or one of four NORTEQ® colours, offering a platform for personalised engravings. The animal cruelty-free rubber strap introduces another layer with 12 colour choices, while the buckle can be matched to the NORQAIN plate in either 18-carat gold or colourised NORTEQ®. One can also imprint an outline image, such as a family portrait, logo or text onto the watch's sapphire caseback, adding a distinctive touch to the bespoke timepiece.

All in all, with an astonishing 3.5 million possible configurations, each Wild ONE of 1 watch is truly one-of-a-kind, ensuring that no two watches will ever share the same combination of materials, finishes, and colours.
