Maurice Lacroix Breathes New Life into the AIKON Quartz Collection

Swiss watchmaker Maurice Lacroix has been synonymous with innovative craftsmanship for almost 50 years now. Fresh out of Switzerland, the latest releases from the brand include new dial options for AIKON Quartz timepieces, available in 35 mm and dual-tone 40 mm sizes.

The New AIKON Quartz Collection

Since its debut in 2016, the AIKON collection has undergone a series of upgrades, including integration of mechanical movements, various dial colours, case materials and complications. However, the six-armed bezel remains a defining feature, setting AIKON apart from its competitors. With its refined overall design, flat sapphire crystal, screw-down crown and caseback, and integrated bracelet or strap, the AIKON collection oozes sophistication.

Notwithstanding the immense success of the original AIKON Quartz collection, Maurice Lacroix has continued to push the boundaries. The result: Four new 35 mm models for 2023. These watches feature diamond-set indexes and luminescent hands as well as date windows at 3 o'clock. The white matte dial model is perfect for a summery look while the black sunray dial version is ideal for a night out. For those seeking more understated aesthetics, the blue dial model can be an excellent option.

All four watches, water-resistant for up to 100 metres, are crafted with stainless steel cases, complemented by five-row stainless steel bracelets or white M-branded rubber straps, which can be easily swapped, using the Easy Strap Exchange system.

Additionally, Maurice Lacroix has unveiled a bicolour AIKON model, featuring a 40 mm brushed and polished stainless steel case, enhanced with a six-armed bezel, adorned with 4N PVD gold. The gold-toned hands and indexes perfectly complement the silver sun-brushed dial while the date aperture at 3 o'clock is framed in 4N PVD gold, ensuring an extra dollop of luxury. The five-row bicolour bracelet with a butterfly buckle in stainless steel completes the watch's look.
