Operational since June 20, the boutique is set to bring the brand’s revered watchmaking specimens closer to collectors and aesthetes in the capital. Visitors will get to immerse themselves in the complete Grand Seiko universe — from its emblematic Spring Drive creations to its distinguished mechanical and quartz offerings.

Timekeeping, the Japanese Way

Occupying approximately 600 sq. ft., the salon has been designed as an ode to the Grand Seiko worldview — where clean lines, fine textures, and subtle illumination converge to create contemplative pieces. Guests are invited not just to explore timepieces, but to engage with the brand’s mechanical ingenuity — guided by seasoned experts, set in a Japanese simulation. From Zaratsu-polished facets that catch light like snow on mountaintops to the Shinrabansho spirit — a worldview where time and nature flow as one — the journey unfolds in discovery.

The New Delhi salon follows Grand Seiko’s successful boutique launch in Bangalore and represents a meaningful step in the brand’s expansion across India. “Delhi, with its vibrant luxury retail ecosystem and growing community of watch enthusiasts, was a natural choice,” shares Niladri Mazumder, President and COO of Seiko India. “This opening reaffirms our commitment to offering Indian customers direct access to the Grand Seiko experience — one defined by innovation and legacy.”

The boutique offers a curated gateway to the brand’s most iconic collections. Among its highlights is the revered Snowflake, celebrated for its textured dial that mirrors the tranquil snowfall of Shinshu, paired with the revolutionary Spring Drive movement. Collectors can also explore the Evolution 9 collection, where refined case architecture and high-beat precision meet natural inspiration, most notably in the White Birch.
