Think Pink: Barbie Cast Shows off their Wrist Candies

The Barbie frenzy has indeed gripped the internet. The highly anticipated film, directed by Greta Gerwig and starring Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie in leading roles, has been turning heads with its elaborate press tour. Its fashion statements are all the rage now. Much has been said about Margot Robbie referencing various ‘Barbies’ in her looks, styled by high-profile stylist and TV personality Andrew Mukamal. The rest of the team too has been bringing their A game, especially when it comes to luxury watches. 

Ken-Approved TAG Heuer Carrera Date Pink 

Ryan Gosling, in true Ken fashion, did not shy away from sporting a vibrant pink dial. The TAG Heuer Carrera Date (WBN2313.BA0001) is bold and eye-catching. Actor Will Ferrell chose a slightly less bright pink shade for his wrist. While gracing the red carpet for the European premiere of Barbie, he was sporting his personal Oris ProPilot X Calibre 400 watch with a salmon dial. Featured on Barbie The Album, the film’s official soundtrack, rapper Nicki Minaj stuns with her Richard Mille RM 07-02. The watch is gem-set, purple/pink-coloured, and sapphire-cased, measuring 32.90 mm in diameter, 14.35 mm in thickness, and 46.75 mm across the wrist, lug-to-lug. The watch case highlights the house’s skeletonised movement in 5N red gold for the pink version. The watch runs on Caliber CRMA5 and offers a power reserve of 50 hours.
